We were delighted to hear that Croydon Relief in Need Charity had awarded us a grant of £20,000 a year for three years to support the work of our Active Minds service. Relief in Need have been supporting our work for a number of years and we are delighted that they are able to continue to give financial help. We are most grateful. Today the staff at Mind In Croydon were getting REDy!
Active Minds are now part of the Council’s “Live Well” program.
We can support people in the following areas through weekly (or whatever suits) appointments for up to a year
- Smoking cessation (we can provide nicotine replacement, patches etc)
- Weight Management
- Alcohol reduction
- Physical activity
- Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health.
